    1. Just manage what you eat every once in while and balance with exercise. You should be able to eat what you like in small amounts. Also, knowing how your body works.

    1. It does make a difference. I stopped eating a lot of bread (I cheat sometimes) and process sugar myself. The results are amazing.

  3. I started doing this 3 days ago and believe me .my stomach is so small. I lost 2 inches in 3 days.

This was a joke … i am well aware that starving will get you nowhere and only slow down your metabolism which wont help with fat loss… you must eat in abundance with healthier foods and keep track of your macros so as you plateau (which you will ) you simply slowly and progressively lower your caloric intake you continue fat loss … along with proper weight training and HIIT CARDIO !!

    2. Hey, it is not the best way if you start starving yourself as actually that case you will start to gain weight. The best way is start a healthy balanced diet. I couldn`t start losing weight either until I read this amazing book on Eat More No Less To Lose Weight.

It’s funny weird how in America we have to learn to stop eating or eliminate certain foods and eat certain ones…to lose weight and some become vegans and others keto or other diets …and in other countries like Venezuela their dying or their lack of foods…people are hungry and we just throw away so much food here. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻☹️

  6. so you want to become thin and/or healthier. these are some tips that I’ve learned over some time time.

    1 .*cut the sugary/fatty foods.* think about it, if you were your internal organs, including stomach, would YOU want to have to be dealing with greasy fattening foods? no! you’re slowly killing yourself faster.

    2.  *water fasting.* water fasting is basically   
     starving yourself throughout the whole.                 day, and whenever you feel hungry, drink a lot of water! doing this the whole day is ver effective & i strongly recommend it. just beware and make sure you’re doing it the safe way. don’t over do it. you’ll feel migraines & dizziness for sure.

    3. *take cold showers* yes you read that correctly! whenever your body is cold, it constantly tries to warm itself. this burns fat. also, theres other health benefits, like a healthier immune system, and controlled blood pressure.

    4. *be a little active* pretty self explanatory, right? well not exactly to some people. take a 30 minute walk daily. or maybe lift some weights for 15 minutes. it’ll help.

    5. *drink protein shakes* yes, you probably assume that protein shakes are only for building muscle mass, well guess what? *you’re completely wrong*
