So you want the recipe? Here it is:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1/2 cup peanutbutter

1/4 cup coconut oil, plus 2 tbsp

1/2 tsp. kosher salt

1 cup dark chocolate chips

(1) Line up a small baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, 1/4 coconut oil and salt.. Using a hand mixer, beat mixture until fully combined, about 2 minutes. Place bowl in freezer to firm up slightly 10 to 15 minutes.

(2) When peanut butter mixture has hardened, use a small cookie scoop or spoon to create golf ball size balls. Place in the refrigerator to harden for 5 minutes.

(3) While they are chilling, make the chocolate syrup, combine the chocolate chips and the remaining coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 second intervals until they are fully melted. Pour over peanut butter balls and place back in the refrigerator to harden, they’ll be ready in five minutes!

(4) To keep fresh, keep covered and store in refrigerator.

Macro Breakdown per fat bomb… there were 13 total fat bombs in the batch we made… calories= 150 – fat=14 net carbs=3 – protein=2

    1. Hi Jolene… there are about 3.5 prams of sugar in each fat bomb… mostly from the chocolate pour over… but you can reduce that dramatically by just adding less chocolate syrup. Just so you know… they have never knocked me out of Ketosis! Hope that helps 🙂

  1. I’m making these today but using unsweetened cacao powder. I love the bitterness of the chocolate. Thank you for sharing!

    1. I have not tried them with sugar free chips but that would probably be better… I found them on Amazon Hershey’s! but you can probably get them at your local grocery store. Let us know how it turns out…

  2. I just made these and they are awesone…I did add stevie because they were quite bitter without any sweetener..also I will try to let them chill longer so I can dip them in chocolate instead of pouring the chocolate..that just waste a lot of the syrup…thanks for sharing this recipe!!
