    1. @marian B…I forgot, add sugar, honey of your choice while boiling the tea bag or no sugar option.

    2. @B TThank you! I’m writing down the recipe today! I’m off from work…lol. I like brown sugar/raw honey. I don’t know what cardamon looks like, but I will look for it either at the natural pharmacy or the market.

    3. @marian B …..cardamom is green small seed like, google ingredients so you can get idea what it looks like. You can find all these ingredients in farmer market, sprouts or in Middle Eastern/Indian stores. Also, forgot fresh ginger cut w/o the skin add with the rest of the ingredients and boil. Btw, your welcome.

  1. Sooner or later everyone will be a vegan. But if you have cancer the diet that really cures or destroys cancer is the raw vegan diet. Because it alkalizes the body. A regular, cooked, vegan diet is good for maintenance.

    1. @General Systems Theory Thank you so much for your advice and guidance. I will start this weekend to try this out.

    2. @Jewel Davis Thank you so much for your input. Your information and General’s, I will start my transition thanks to the knowledge I received.

    3. aharri941 Happy to help. Give it a go. Remember gradual changes. For example if you normally eat 2 pieces of chicken a day, first cut it down to one and a half pieces. You do not want your body to miss it and start complaining🀣. As you cut down on one thing replace it with some more vegetables on your plate or simply drink more water or juice.

  2. 😳 OMG, I’m so changing my life style. I have to say, since I gave up meat, my digestive problems have reduced by around 70%. I’m going to continue to make changes.

    1. Have you heard of juicing celery? It’s a great healer of the stomach and intestines.

    2. Cidalia Martins actually it does turn to worms. I bought chicken for my dog, it was uncooked chicken. I left it out overnight by accident and the next day it did have worms inside. I’ll never forget the sight. I was mortified.

    3. Same for me with dairy. Turns out I was allergic, though I didn’t realize how much until I stopped. My lifelong stomach issues went down 90 percent.

    4. Cidalia Martins Well then that was your problem. A vegan diet wasn’t the issue. It was that you were getting too much fiber, which can easily be minamilized. It’s all about how you plan your meals.

  3. Good for Taraji putting her health first.
We all want to live as long as we can
    So choosing a vegan/plant based
Diet is the right way to go ❀️🌱

    1. Not always. For aggressive cancers, low carb/keto is the way to go to starve the cancer cells of their preferred fuel: glucose. That can entail a vegan diet (or not) and definitely a lot of plants are a good idea.

  4. The human body shows how wonderful our Creator is.No wisdom can be compared to the one who made us all.

  8. changing my diet to plant based vegan really helped my endometriosis. I have normal periods now.

    1. Parmesan The meat in supermarkets is loaded with hormones and antibiotics designed to grow animals faster. This gets passed onto us raising estrogen levels in women and men. Too much estrogen in a womens body causes endo growth and protatagladin over stimulation. Not to mention what it does to your liver and thyroid. A little is ok. But 3 times a day, 7 days a week is way too much. Dairy causes this too. Dairy cows end up in the supermarket too after 5 torturous years of endless impregnation, various infections, child loss and over milking. It’s just as bad, if not worse because of reproductive exploitation.

    2. Flash Gordon I’m definitely reducing ny meat intake then! My sister has endo and I might have it too. My mom has hypothyroidism so I also have to watch out for thyroid problems. Thanks.

    3. Parmesan I take bladderwrack powder too. It helps balance the hormones. Also eat a couple of brazil nuts, selinium. πŸ™‚ I’ve been living with endo since I started my periods at 9. I have no children because of it. I wish doctors paid more attention to this disease. It can be a real life ruiner. I am 47 now, and tge only positive thing I can say about it is that I have no wrinkles probably due to the massive amounts of estrogen in my body lolz. I hope this helps you! πŸ’›

    4. I stopped eating meat and dairy and I have also seen a major change in my periods as well, I’m eating more healthier, I’m a pescatarian.

  9. I’m going vegan!! It’s so hard to give up dairy though!! But pray for me I really want to do this

    1. maranda flinn I got you. Father God in the name of Jesus I ask that you strengthen my sister in faith as she partake in the diet you desire for her to have. Holy Spirit I ask that let her know when and how to get this thing going so it can be lasting. You are the all knowing here with us on earth and will lead us into all truth . Right now she needs you. Thank you in advance , in Jesus name. Amen.

    2. it was so easy going vegan once i saw what happens at dairy farms and how milk is made and that if the mom is infected with anything they still use the milk and if there is blood, oh well pack it up.

  11. Caffeine and Sugar addict I was. So thankful I finally listened to my body and woke up. Been Vegan 2 1/2 yrs. Dr. Sebi’s The African Bio Mineral Balance(Alkaline) got me together.πŸ’ž

    1. @It’sDriaWorld
      Hi EmpressπŸ‘‘πŸ’„πŸ’‹
Break me..No, not at all. It saddend me as Dr.Sebi had recently passed in Aug 2016. I was Vegan couple months already before discovering his methods of healing. From my experience, I noticed I still remained sick and discovered although a great starting point…veganism alone remains unhealthy due to consumption of processed foods, soy, sugars, etc. After my research, I started treating the cause rather than my symptoms, cleansing my body from inside out.(Intra-cellular level) oh yeah total game changer. Not sure which book you are referring too. Feel free to message if you desire a consultation and guidance on transitioning.
