    1. I love snacking too, but I HAVE to buy pre-portioned packs to stay ontop of the calories, otherwise its hard to keep track, I go into a food coma and finish the entire bag or box of whatever it was. So far its helped a lot, you’ll fulfill the snack urge without making yourself miserable.

    2. Don’t— snacks are a great way to subside hunger and keep yourself from overeating. Just opt for healthier whole choices. Try making dark chocolate covered strawberries or eating butter less popcorn
