The main ingredients in this week are:

Kiwi-Coconut Smoothie with Avocado and Walnuts

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup low-fat milk

 

  • 2 tbsp. Walnuts

 

  • 1 small kiwi fruit, chopped

 

  • 2 tbsp. Coconut flakes, unsweetened

 

  • 2 tbsp. Avocado, mashed

 

  • 1 cup ice cubes

 

  • Fresh mint leaves to taste

 

  • Natural stevia or Monk Fruit sweetener to taste

 

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well.

2. Add sweetener little by little to taste.

Drink right away!

Use mint leaves to serve.

(Please keep in mind that when you are on the keto diet to get your net carbs you must subtract the fiber from the carbohydrates so you your total carb intake is going to be less)
