    2. It’s only 30 days. Once you start to reintroduce foods, eat all the legumes you want if they don’t bother you. Hell, even if they do, eat them anyway bloat and gas up you house. It’s up to you.

    3. @Lauren Biggerstaff I’m doing the diet – (most of it) but I eat beans and less meat. I started it a week ago and feel great. I just soak the beans. Have modified the diet a little and it works for me. There are a lot of great recipes.

    1. Kathleen Elizabeth Rotherham Yeah you can’t really do vegan whole 30 because you can’t have beans or tofu. You could take away all the sugar, junk food and alcohol. Make your own type of thing 🤷🏼‍♀️

    2. They couldn’t! This whole plan is ridiculous as meat is horrible for people and takes DAYS to even digest!

    3. Personally I found doing it as a vegetarian was a bit tough. I can’t imagine how tough it would be to do as a vegan.

    1. @malkitzedeq to tell you the truth i didn’t even notice it until someone mentioned it. Had to watch twice. I’m sure it’s like you said he was just being nice. If I had those heels on I would want a little help too. 🙂

    2. malkitzedeq You might’ve been OK with him holding your hand had you been in her shoes, and that’s perfectly fine. But there is no way to know if that woman was comfortable with it unless he asked her if it was OK first. Respecting boundaries and personal space is the most chivalrous thing one can do.

    3. Super creepy and patronizing- don’t try and drag her around like a child. Don’t touch women without explicit permission. (I know he may have asked before hand but it sure doesn’t feel that way and as a public figure he should set a better example)

    4. Maybe that was their nonverbal cue that they talked about before the show. Reach out to her on Instagram or Twitter. I’m curious now.

    5. I wouldn’t be comfortable being touched that often. I mean it’s normal to make simple gesture but over and over..not okay. Also, he kept calling Victoria Melissa. Not sure if there is any respect for either women

I do not truly feel jittery or perhaps feel a crash, I am also not as starving as I used to. I have lost about 15 lbs since making use of this product. .

  8. I`ve been implementing this diet “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) for some weeks now and so far I love them! They provide me lots of strength and also reduce my desire for food, yet I do NOT crash whenever they wear off which I enjoy, and so they don`t make me jittery. I have not changed everything else I am doing and also have lost 7 pounds. .

  10. Soon after I did the study with this “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) diet system that was brought in by a friend of mine who also dropped excess fat, I lost around 9 lbs also. My calorie burning as well as weight loss must have been caused by this course. I have noticed today I am eating food healthy and balanced. .
